Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Penticton. This STOTT PILATES® studio is very quiet and serene, with three studio rooms allowing you to focus on your muscle activation and alignment. Our studio is well attended by many of the local physiotherapists in town. All of our instructors are highly educated and recommended by the medical community.
