Our Instructors :: WHO ARE WE?
Marlene Gray (Owner) :: Marlene was born and raised near Lethbridge, Alberta. She moved to Penticton in 1993 and has been in Penticton's fitness industry for over 15 years. Marlene was a lifeguard, personal trainer, and fitness instructor in the community. She loves running and completed her first marathon in 1998. While rehabilitating a running injury, she found Pilates and knew she had found her passion. She loves how Pilates heals the body and gives people a life free of pain, improved posture and firm, lean muscles .

Noni Clarke :: Noni was a cattle rancher in the Penticton area for over 30 years. She started doing Pilates classes after arthroscopy on her knee and loved it; could see improvements in posture, feet, ankles, general fitness and flexibility. Noni took her STOTT PILATES instructor training courses in 2007 and became a level one certified instructor in 2008. Noni enjoys teaching and finds it rewarding to see clients benefiting from the Pilates programs.
Outside of instructing, Noni has a horse and still enjoys riding, hiking, and snowshoeing. Noni is currently involved in a crossfit program which she finds a real challenge.

Farren Tilitzky :: Farren began training in Pilates with Marlene Gray to complement her dance education. She danced with Okanagan Studies in Penticton and graduated from Ecole Superieure de Ballet Contemporain in Montreal in 2008. Farren began teaching Pilates after a serious ankle injury ended her dance career. As well, she has completed the Knee Function and Stability Workshop and Anatomy Level 1. Farren lives in Montreal during the year, teaching pilates and attending university. She returns to Penticton for the summer to join the team at ProActive Pilates.
