dsfafsd Matt Berry - After numerous incidents of worsening back issues, my physio therapist recommended that I see Marlene Gray from Pro Active Pilates. Pilates is all about core strengthening, and I discovered that my core was weak and that this played a huge role in a healthy back. I have now been attending Pro Active Pilates for almost 4 years, and have found the results to be remarkable. It has significantly helped my back and allowed me to continue sports and activities that I was struggling with previously. Pilates has also assisted in toning of muscles, alignment and posture, and a firmer slimmer waistline.

Marlene and her staff are extremely professional and very committed to teaching to a high standard. They are continuously upgrading their training, offer a good facility and have quality equipment to assist this process. If you have back issues, or are serious about changing your body for the better, then I would encourage you to check out Pro Active Pilates. It doesn’t happen overnight but if you are diligent about attending, you will be impressed with the results.
dsfafsdKay Townley - After going thru physio and massage, due to a knee and whip lash injury, I decided to take Pilates. (Bear in mind I have trained in most fitness disciplines, including weight training.) Pilates has enable me to: 1) run hills again, 2) to improve my swimming and kayaking with no neck pain 3) most of all I am able to continue working on our farm without seizing up in lower back, neck and sacro iliac joint pain. Thus, I highly recommend trying Pilates classes 2-3 times per week, because it has given me higher energy and flexibility during my retirement.
Lois Borsheim - I wanted to try Pilates because I have a bad neck. I have been doing two hours a week for almost two years. That's not a big commitment. I love the results. My posture has improved, I feel so much better and am free of pain. My neck stays in place much better now so I need fewer appointments with my chiropractor. The instructors are great at Pro-Active Pilates and care about your progress. Give Pilates a try. It's well worth your time and effort.
